www.circletail.org Circle Tail is a non-profit organization located on the north east side of Cincinnati, Ohio. This organization was established in 1997 to provide high quality assistance dogs to people with mobility, hearing, neurological or emotional disabilities and to provide a better quality of life for unwanted domestic and farm animals at our shelter or through adoption.
